Cheesygirl! This weekend just gone, I saw my first Boy In A Winter Coat. He perhaps peaked a tad too soon, but, yey.

And then I had to explain my Winter Coat Lust to my friends. Who laughed at me.

What exactly is it about a man in an overcoat? The earliest I remember being fixated on a man in a long coat was the 4th Doctor, so maybe that's where it started for me? Then on to a gorgeous high school boyfriend who wore one, then Spike, then the Tenth Doctor and Jack Harkness, now Sherlock. *sigh*

I am hoping to see at least one bloke in an overcoat while I'm over there!

I don't know where mine came from, but it is not just long coats, the shorter ones do it for me, too. (In fact, I know a couple of men who have long coats but really shouldn't, as it makes them look like complete tossers).

I don't think it'll get cold enough for them to crack out the longer coats just yet. But maybe there will be some shorter ones for you.

I am excited about Man Scarf Season. Oo, a man in a scarf. Phwoar.
