Interesting Wesley observation:

I'm watching Lineage for the first time in awhile and I just noticed that once Wesley's father turned up Wesley's voice reverted to Early!Wes mode. Nervous and overly self-assure (in an obvious attempt to veil his insecurities) and clipped. Listen to it without looking at the screen and you'll swear you're watching Season 1.

And I can't stop going, "Awwwwwwwww, poor woobie!" over and over, what with Angel chastising Wes, Wes feeling all guilty for Fred getting hurt, Daddy Wyndam-Pryce making him feel like an incompetent child and reminding him and everyone else of his past failures over and over...

"Awwwwwwwwww, poor woobie!"

See? But I also love that Wes can return to being strong and bad ass, once he realizes that something's up, but the scene of him shooting Roger still makes my heart break for Wes.

"Awwwwww..."

After this I really need to go to bed.

Okay, I'm going to change out this S3 Angel disc later on, but I'm watching disc one again. 'Cos I needed something interesting on the tv while I was doing stuff this morning and I was too lazy to change it out.

Yes, I'm still squeeing everytime Mod!Wes comes up on the screen. But he's so cu--okay, I know y'all are tired of that, I won't go there.

I really do know more lines in these episodes than I should.

"All I know is you use the word 'dick' again, we're gonna have a problem." Anyone notice how Dave's grinning in the backseat during that exchange? Hee!

"I gotta pee!" That line should not make me laugh as much as it does. I think in part it's because of the way Wes studies his face right after he says that.

Marcus!Angel thinking Wes was gay. Oh dear. You know we really should've had Wes and Angel on that desk instead of, or in addition to, Angel and Lilah. Or maybe Angel, Wes and Lilah. Oh, and the look on Wes' face when they told him what Angel and Lilah had been doing on his desk! Hee!

Plus I can't help thinking about the scenes from the outtake reel when I see these episodes since a lot of them were taken from them. "These waffles smell f*cking great! Can we eat 'em?"

Gonna change this one out now. Promise!

Christmas decorations are all taken down and packed up and stored away, regular stuff's been put back in place, carpet vacuumed.

I'm watching an old MadTV and they just had David Boreanaz on a skit. Hee! Cute.

Tilly's been fed and I'm hoping she'll calm down after getting all riled up from the storage boxes being out and me moving things around. She can't stand it when I move stuff around.

Alrighty, time to refuel myself.
